OUR COACH

-Every footballer’s journey begins somewhere, typically at the local club level. From as young as five, the journey takes root, often through family games in the backyard, at the park, or down at the beach. These early experiences form the backbone of a footballer’s development and remain a constant foundation on the player’s path. Yet, it’s within the club that true team dynamics and growth begin-

COACH STEPHEN O. ANNY

ANNY SPORTS MANAGEMENT C.E.O

Stephen O. Anayo is a sports-loving Nigerian-Ghanaian-based coach who also played football during his time. He has all the qualities necessary to be part of the management staff at Al-Ahmadi Football Academy, thanks to his passion for football and his support for young talents.

Stephen started his Football career in Nigeria, played for many clubs before relocating to Ghana, where he is currently based with his family. He has supported many young footballers in his hometown to enjoy the best of football, as well as getting to professional levels.

He came from a family of great footballers, and he has established a Sports Management company in Nigeria and Ghana.
The young Coach understands grassroots football and players' early development. Coach Stephen has already managed Al-Ahmadi Football Academy for more than 1 year. With his football management company, he has contributed to players' high performance and team growth, as well as making the team visible to Ghana and the World at large.

According to the young CEO, I intend to support Al-Ahmadi Football Academy because I love football, and when I see young players trying to make it in the football world, I like to let them know what it takes to be at the top of their game and make sure that they have a good life on and off the pitch.

As someone who understands African Football, we should teach our players individually during training sessions, showing them the best way to adapt with other players and live a good life outside the pitch, since talent is not enough to make one a professional player.

Stephen is currently the Al-Ahmadi Football Academy head coach.
